Re-calibrating in Q2.

Finally finished some of my more extensive teaching and research projects, got some papers published after quite a long process, held a workshop and met old friends and colleagues at the OER-Strategie conference and now looking forward to the summer rhythm – which in Higher Education gives one the opportunity to embrace ‚seasonality‚; Cal Newport has talked about as well and kind of brings me back to the days in competitive sports (with an Off-Season, Pre-Season and Season).

Continuously working on my coaching business, fine-tuning offers and concepts. Although there are days when one wakes up full of doubt, the challenge of growth and being able to learn something new every day brings a new kind of fulfilment.

Also looking forward to some short summer trips and concerts. Gotta adjust my hobbies after all now that basically all the sport seasons are going on a summer break.
